- Registration and User Obligations
By registering for and using the services of Path Bible College (“PBC”), you affirm that you are participating in biblical education, leadership development, ministry training, or related activities offered by PBC. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account and access our services.
Registration may require the completion of an online membership or enrollment form available through our website, pathbiblecollege.org. By submitting your information, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
- Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to Path Bible College. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You further acknowledge that PBC may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, governmental regulation, or to protect the legal rights, safety, and security of Path Bible College, its students, staff, and community members.
- Member Account and Password Security
Upon successful registration, you may be assigned a username and password to access certain services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to:
- Keep your login information secure and confidential.
- Notify PBC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Log out of your account at the end of each session when using shared or public devices.
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken through your account.
Path Bible College shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
- Member Conduct
Path Bible College and its affiliated ministries, including Path Chapel, exist to equip Christian leaders, strengthen the Church, and promote biblical values. Users are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly within all PBC platforms, forums, discussion boards, classrooms, social media communities, and online learning environments.
Users agree not to:
- Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Harass, intimidate, or disrupt other users.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use PBC services for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information.
PBC reserves the right to review, refuse, edit, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the mission and values of Path Bible College.
All content submitted, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, remains the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content.
- Termination of Account
You may terminate your Path Bible College account at any time and for any reason by contacting PBC administration or using available account management tools.
Path Bible College reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate your account and access to any services if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, institutional policies, or community standards.
Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Submission of false or misleading information.
- Unauthorized access or attempted access to restricted systems.
- Harassment, abuse, or misconduct toward students, faculty, staff, or other users.
- Distribution of spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Activities that threaten the security, integrity, reputation, or mission of Path Bible College.
- Violation of intellectual property rights.
- Illegal activities or conduct contrary to biblical and ethical standards upheld by PBC.
Upon termination, your right to access and use PBC services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
- Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, logos, graphics, publications, videos, curricula, and educational resources provided by Path Bible College are the property of PBC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any content without prior written permission from Path Bible College.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Path Bible College provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable educational content, we make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of our services.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Path Bible College, Path Chapel, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Washington.
